Purpose of information collection

The portal collects application and registration details, supporting documents and learning records to support training administration. Payment entries and account access details are used for the associated operational functions.

Access to information

Learners should access their own records. Staff access is assigned through administration permissions. Course materials and evidence downloads require authorised access.

Local review build

This installation starts without ATC personal records. Use fictional test information while reviewing it in XAMPP. Email and online payment processing are disabled.

Contact admissions@mpkelectrical.co.za for information handling queries. MPK must approve the final retention periods, privacy notices and operational procedures before accepting real learner data on the live system.
